Brief Answer:
This level is pretty high you need to take care of this.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The values you said are pretty high .unfortunately I could not know from the data weather you are already known to have diabetes or you were previously not having it .Let me explain both scenarios for you.
If you were not diabetic previously, (this I assume because you mentioned you are not taking any medicine) then these reading are clearly over the lines and you do have Diabetes mellites. Now this would need proper management; on the top of which is diet Control and exercise.
If you have already been known to have diabetes, these values indicate that the sugar is not controlled optimally and need improvement.

So in both cases you probably need to see your endocrinologist which would give you a proper detailed plan ahead about this

What at the moment you should do that you don't need to panic; It does not look to be any emergency until you feel well, Diabetes is not a weary disease and millions of people are living with it.
However you just need to reduce carbs, stop sweets, loose weight and see your doctor sooner then letter.

Hope it's clear now. I would be glad to answer any further question about this. Please don't hesitate to ask anything more if you want to know about diabetes and its management.
