What Kind Of Water Is Best For Mixing Formula Milk?

Question: Hi doctor ,

May I know what kind of water is best for mixing with formula and drinking water for babies? Purified ? Mineral? Distilled ? Etc. And if u recommended one do explain the reason. I heard distiller water is the best ? Is it true if not why?

Any kind of water which is drinkable is good for making the formula. Purified, distilled, mineral, all will do for the purpose.

In case of distilled water there are some distilled water available in market for industrial use, you may get confused regarding the distilled water. So it's better to avoid distilled water.

Any water which does not contain harmful germs is considered good for drinking and also to prepare formula. Purification can be done by boiling or any of the purification system available in the market ( like Eureka , XXXXXXX etc)
