Brief Answer:
Depends on the extent of bleed

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Retinal haemorrhages, especially mild ones not associated with chronic disease, will normally resorb without treatment. Laser surgery is a treatment option which uses a laser beam to seal off damaged blood vessels in the retina. The treatment therefore depends upon the extent which needs to be assessed. Wait for the retinal consultants to suggest on Friday.

Feel free to write back.

Dr. States normal for floaters due to breakup of gel in eyes and age. No retina problem. They will disappear on their own which they are slowly doing.
