Brief Answer:
Eczematous patch, topical steroid, antihistaminic, upload pictures

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

According to your complaints it could be an eczematous patch.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
If possible upload the pictures of the affected area so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
