Average amount of semen comes out per ejaculation is 2-5 ml. Amount varies upon frequency of act of masturbation/sex. If someone does masturbation 2 times a day, 1 ml fluid may comes out on 3rd act. And if someone does masturbate after 6 days of abstinence, there may be 6 ml of ejaculation. Like wise density also varies.

No exercise has no effects on sexual life. Rather exercise makes the person fit and healthy. This fitness in turn can help in sex .

If there is too much exercise, it is going to affect your physical health before affecting your sexual life.So person stops exercise at that point to restore physical health.
And I think that you do not have any physical problem which is caused by too much exercise. You are doing appropriate exercise.
