Hello

For an adult one can take one tablet 30 min after meal up to three times a day.

If you take cheston it will help relieve running nose headache, temperature, sneezes and mild cough.
Though available easily it is a prescription based drug according to drugs act.

I do not recommend any antibiotic at this stage. You should hydrate well and wait for at least three days before we decide on antibiotic.
