Brief Answer:
They are different.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I read carefully your query.

Evion-LC is a supplement that contains a combination of vitamin E and L -Carnitine (Levocarnitine ).
It is usually used to treat Vitamin E deficiency with body aches ,cramps etc.

L-Carnitine is a substance that helps the body turn fat into energy. It acts as an antioxidant neutralizing free radicals produced in the body and in this way it may reduce or help prevent some of the damage that free radical cause.
It is used to treat low carnitine levels in the body.

So these Evion-LC and L-carnitine are different supplements.
Evion-LC apart L-Carnitine contains Vitamin E.

Hope it was of help.

One pharmacist suggested I take L-Carnitine and then take a 200 mg vitamin E with it... and that would be the same thing as taking the Evion-LC......we can't get the Evion-LC here in the states...so is that a good option to do?????

Brief Answer:
It is the same.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Evion-LC is the combination of 200 mg Vitamin E with 150 mg Levocarnitine (L-carnitine).

Taking 200 mg Vitamin E and 150 mg L-carnitine is the same thing as taking Evion -LC.

You can safely follow the suggestion of your pharmacist since you can't get Evion-LC.
It is the same thing.

Regards.
