Brief Answer:
You have stones in both the kidneys.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the ultrasound scanning and CT scan of abdomen you have stones in both kidneys and your Right Kidney and art Upper Ureter is dilated due to stone in middle portion of art ureter resulting from obstruction to urine flow from Rt kidney down into Bladder.

If you have severe pain and vomiting you need to undergo procedure of Uretero Reno Scopy
( U.R.S) With D.J Stenting

However if the pain is tolerable you can wait and watch for a week or two to descend down to move into bladder.

Stat taking
1) Antibiotics like Norfolk along with Diclofenac and Cyclopam twice daily.

2) Take Tab Urimax once daily at night.

Ensure to drink more water.

If pain and vomiting persists or start getting fever you will need to undergo the endoscopic surgery mentioned above .

Thanks.

Regards,
Dr. Patil
