Question: Hello doctor iam XXXXXXX 26 I am trying to get pregnant for a year..I have done all the checkups and tests. My doctor told me that pco's are in starting stage.and iam also over weight..and I reducing my weight also.but my periods never delay.this month when I visit my doctor on my 12th day of this month for a natural cycle my doctor told that there is no dominant follicle after done a scan. I am worrying knowING that. Yeah I noticed that my cervical mucus is dry and have no mucus..but now on my 14th day my cervical mucus is slippery..now can I have hopes that iam ovulating and try for pregnancy?plz help me doctor

If the cycles are regular and the cervical mucus is slippery, then chances of ovulation are there.
Moreover, you should be given ovulation induction drugs to induce ovulation and hence facilitate conception.
