What Does Yellowish Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

Question: I have yellow discharge gushing out of me all day it makes me have to change my entire bottom half cause it soaks through clothes and pants and I have several bumps down there that are sore. I'm scared

I'm 20 years old and yes it is from my vagina. The bumps are red two are kind of open and the rest are little bumps like pimples and no I have not seen a doctor and I noticed the discharge Wednesday and the bumps Thursday.

Based on the description I believe you to be having Bacterial Vaginosis.

If you are sexually active, the bumps you have could be Herpes infection. Only physical examination can confirm the same. Its a common for herpes to present with associated bacterial infections like Vaginosis

Bacterial vaginosis is treated with a course of suitable antibiotics, consult your gynecologist for the same.

Sooner you are on the treatment, better will be the recovery.
