Question: I have yellow discharge gushing out of me all day it makes me have to change my entire bottom half cause it soaks through clothes and pants and I have several bumps down there that are sore. I'm scared

I'm 20 years old and yes it is from my vagina. The bumps are red two are kind of open and the rest are little bumps like pimples and no I have not seen a doctor and I noticed the discharge Wednesday and the bumps Thursday.
