Question: I have a tightness in my left bicep area. Feels like when you place a blood pressure cuff on your arm.

Any direct trauma?

Any discolouration of skin?

Any increase in size?

Twitching?

Painful movements?

Till then keep the forearm in a sling for complete rest.
