What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Hello,
Please find attached a few ultrasound images. We have been to two obstetricians - the first one said that there was an 80% chance that it is a girl, but the other one is quite sure that it is a boy.
Could you please have a look and let me know what your opinion is? Boy or girl?
