What Does This Semen Analysis Indicate?

Question: Hi Doctor,
Good Evening;

I have gone for semen analysis and attached the reports for your reference.Will low sperm count causes erection problems.How low my sperm count and Motality ? is it very low ? or is it fine to plan for a baby .
MY wife's doctor PRESCRIBED MAXOZA XXXXXXX two times a day to me and Paternia two tablets a day ,can I use both?What this MAXOZA and paternia is for?

I saw the reports. They are fine . There is nothing abnormal.

The reports show normal findings.

These have nothing to do with erection issues.

I think it is more psychological than physiological.
