Brief Answer:
No need

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Double marker, triple marker, quadruple marker are the different types of serum screening test, especially to rule out Down syndrome.
If one test is negative, the another test us not required and not done.
Therefore, there is no need of any other screening test as it will yield no further results.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
