What Does This ANA Value Of 640 Indicate?
Question: I I have recently had a great deal of blood work as I believe I have Sjogren's Disease. Although my bloodwork did not indicate so, my ANA was 640. What is the highest number It have seen as a measurement of ANA?

Well, your ANA is very strong positive. Normally we take 160 as the cut off... But it all has to corelate with your symptoms.
If you could Throw some. light on your symptoms that would be helpful . I don't want to ask leading questions, so would like to know why it was performed?
2. has your ENA profile been done?
ANA does have a false positivity with increasing age.. So we need to Co relate it with your symptoms
