Brief Answer:
Wait and Watch will be the plan for now

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

I can very well understand your concern but i want to tell you that right now just observation will be the strategy because as the VSD is small so there are high chances of it getting closed by itself.

What we need to do is to keep the baby warm and try to protect the baby from catching cough and cold.

Also Echo need to be repeated every 4 to 6 weeks initially and then after every 6 months till closure of the defect is done.

Do not worry the baby will be be alright.

Feel free to ask if you have any more doubts.

Kind Regards
