What Does The EKG Result Indicate?

Question: My EKG results from yesterday are as follows:
Vent rate. 56 BPM, PR int. 134ms, QRS dur. 112 ms,QT/QTc. 431/423 ms, P-R-T axes 9. 30. 54

Sinus Bradycardia
Moderate intraventricular conduction delay
Borderline ECG

I don't know what this means. I am a potential kidney donor and just now going through screening. I am female, 68. Thank you.
