Brief Answer:
backward movement of L5

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Retro (back)
Retrolisthesis refers to backward displacement of one vertebra in respect to the other.
This means that one of the bones or vertebra in the back has slipped backward.
The opposite would be spondylolisthesis.

The backward displacement has occurred at the L5 level. L stands for lumbar vertebra, these are the vertebra in the lower back. (cervical would be in the neck and thoracic in the chest region).
L5- 5th lumbar vertebra

This 5th vertebra is above the sacrum.

The shots may be pain medication or steroid medication. They would help to reduce the discomfort but the relief would not likely be permanent.
The time frame of the improvement would vary- depends on medication used and dose

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
