Question: Hi today I have a semen analysis test and my reports are like this quantity-2.5ml,reaction -alkalin, liquification -normal, activelymotile-20percent,nonmotile-30percent,sluggishmotile-50percent, pus cells-2to4/hpf, total count of dpermatozoa-48million sperums/cmm so now I want know what does it mean it is in right position or not is it correct count for pregnancy whether the count is incorrect I just wanted to know that what should be the count range and how can I increase the count range for getting pregnant to my wife

Except for your Sperm motility , your semen analysis is normal . Your Sperm count range is normal but the sperm motility ( actively motile ) is only 20% whereas a normal sperm motility should be 50% or more .

There is no need to increase your sperm count but for motility issue I advise you to get Scrotal Ultrasound done and revert back with reports.

Also you can start Tablet Paternia everyday , kindly ask your doctor for it's prescription.
