Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that this can be a variation of a normal ECG.

Some slight changes from the standard pattern may be present, but this does not mean that a cardiac abnormality is the reason.

Anyway, I would explain that ECG is not a specific test for the diagnosis of cardiac disorders, but it helps toward a certain diagnosis.

The diagnosis is usually based on the clinical symptoms, ECG and other tests.

Nevertheless, I would like to directly review your performed ECG, if you can upload them for another second professional opinion.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

This definition is used to indicate that there are slight nonspecific fluctuations of ST segment on these ECG leads.

But these changes are not indicative of any specific cardiac disorder.

So, relax and do not worry about it!

Wishing good health,

Dr. Iliri
