Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Fluid in the heart is called pericarditis and in most cases it's caused by:
- viral infection
- tuberculosis
- conective tissue disorders (rheumatoid arthritis, goute)
- malignancies

In most of the cases with viral infections or conective disorders the pericardial liquid is in minimal to moderate quantity. Usually with treatment (NSAID, cholchicine and prednosone) the liquid will be reduced to minimum till it will be gone withon a couple of weeks.

In tubercular pericarditis it needs a long period of antitubercular treatmentto dry the liquid. Die to the long period of staying the pericardial liquid tend to be organosed and form a specific form of pericarditis called constrictive pericarditis that need cardiac surgery to be completely removed.

In malignancies the pericardial liquid is abundant and it doesn't let the right heart to open corctly causing cardiac tamponade which os an emergency whoch need an emergent pericardiocentesis (to remove the exvessive amount ofliquid with needles).

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
