Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Before giving a more accurate answer I would like to check your ecg image by my self. Please keep in mind that an abnormal ecg doesn't necessary mean that you have a cardiac problem and vice versa. Can you please upload the ecg image for me?

Meanwhile, would like to suggest as follows:
- eat often and in small quantity
- eat a Mediterranean based diet reach on fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and olive oil.
- increase physical activity
- use Omega 3 fish oil supplements
- quit smoking
- reduce to a glass of red wine alcohol per day

hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
