Brief Answer:
Request you to please send complete report details

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
The IVC is a tube that carries deoxygenated blood in to the right upper chamber of the heart. It is important to read through your echo Doppler report to know exactly what kind of mass is seen in relation to the IVC. Should there be a thombus or clot in the IVC which has been designated as a mass then is can be a concern.

Please sendin your complete report for better understanding and confirmation of any serious condition should you have it.

Meanwhile if you experience any breathing difficulty or pain in the chest then please contact your doctor.

Awaiting updates from your end.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
