What Do These Below Blood Pressure And Pulse Rate Values Indicate?
Question: bp 120/70 pulse 57 what would cause me to feel dizzy?

there are not enough details to approach the causes of your dizziness but your blood pressure and pulse rate are OK. I should add though, that a single measurement does not say the whole truth at all times. Let me give you a couple of examples:
- arrhythmia: if you've used an electronic device to estimate your pulse rate then it's possible that the number you've got is not right. Automated devices have trouble to cope with arrhythmias and the results are wrong in many cases where the pulse is irregular.
- orthostatic hypotension: sometimes a blood pressure measurement may be 'normal' but the patient may feel dizzy when getting up from the recumbent position. In such cases it is common for the blood pressure to drop and cause dizziness. Measuring the blood pressure also when standing is the right way to exclude orthostatic hypotension.
