What Do Red Dots All Over The Back Indicate?

Question: My mother has red dots all over her back. Should UI be concerned? She is 86 years old problems with pain in her back and knees.

I have reviewed the attached photograph and they seem to be cherry angiomas which are benign vascular lesions of the skin.
No need to worry as they are harmless.
