Your friend has numbness in Left arm and Left thigh and is feeling light headed.
In view of the above clinical picture it is possible that he might be suffering from a mild attack of cerebral stroke or some other brain pathology involving right side of brain,
I suggest you take him to a hospital ASAP for investigations and treatment
