Brief Answer:
There is no pause

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

You noticed correctly, there is no pause, computer didn't count some normal beats (complexes) as they differ from the others. Such errors are common with holter programs, that's why before reporting a doctor always checks it, and corrects if there is a need. So, I am sure you will receive corrected report from your doctor

Hope I could help you
