Brief Answer:
Hematospermia

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Faint traces of pale red in semen are most probably due to blood in semen.
This is called Hematospermia.
I would advise you the following in such a situation considering your age of 75:
Semen analysis, particularly for blood.
Blood test: Particularly PAS that is Prostate Specific Antigen.
Tests of urine.
Per-rectal digital examination by a General Surgeon or Urologist as this helps in clinical evaluation and further investigations if needed.
Ultrasonography of abdomen for genitourinary system, prostate in particular and that of Scrotum.

All these will give an idea whether there is any specific cause or not and guides for further management if at all necessary.

I hope this answer helps you. Please give feedback once all these things are done. Feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Regards
