What Do Dark Spots On Penis Shaft Indicate?

Question: I am a white male. I have dark spots on shaft of my penis towards my abdomen. They are also on my testicles. The brown spots are everywhere I generally shave. They are flat brown areas. What could this be?

I had a previous diagnosis of lichen planus. The lichen planus was on my penis.

I hope you have already been under the treatment of a Dermatologist.
This needs a specialist care.
This is a disease wherein the cause and definitive treatment is not known and the course of the disease is unpredictable.
In many cases this may resolve on its own , but to recur after some time.
It is usually not associated with any systemic diseases or problems.

I think you should stop shaving in this area.
And be under the care of a Dermatologist.
