What Causes White Coating On The Penis Head?

Question: Hello Sir,

Request to the Urologist.

I have noticed at the inner cap of my penis having some white layer at some portion. Attached the image of the part. No itching or any specific abnormality due to this so far. But worried what is it and what should I do.

Hi,

Sorry for delayed in responding. I have seen the pictures.

Two possibilities. One could be due to improper cleaning in that area and other may be an infection. I suggest you to properly clean the area with good amount of water everyday.

If you don't see proper results, you might be needing couple of investigations which should include a thorough physical examination.
