Brief Answer:
Not an immediate concern but if.......

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

If the tongue fatigue is without jaw clicking, difficulty swallowing, pain in cheeks, any swelling in the mouth, any history of MS ,Myasthenia, TMJ disorders or hypertension or any speech difficulty or parkinsonism then i'm sure it is nothing to worry about.

There are 79 different correlations for the tongue fatigue mostly are innocuous like dehydration, anemia, allergies like hay fever and overuse of muscle etc. Its not a matter of imminent concern but you need to get evaluated for gave etiologies like hormonal and neurological ones we discussed above. You need to see a neurologist and let them sort it out and correlate it clinically in detail.

Meanwhile use some speech therapy exercises for tongue muscle from youtube and keep an eye on your symptoms and if they aggravate then you should visit an ER urgently. Right now i don't see any concern, it can wait till the appointment of yours recently cancelled by snowstorm. 17 more days i am sure it can wait.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

May the odds be ever in your favour.

Regards
Khan
