What Causes Watery Left Eye, Blurry Vision And Swelling In Left Eyelid?
Question: I am having a watery left eye since last one week. Now, it is creating mild vision blurring as well. There is no itching or redness. Mild swelling in the left eyelid is present. Please guide.

As there is mild swelling as well as watering the treatment should be by anti inflammatory drops.These will be in two stages one is nonsteroidal anti inflammatory like keterolac available as Acular LS drops to be put in 4times a day and see the results in 4 to 5 days.
If the response is not adequate then mild steroids can be tried as a last resort like lotopred.3 to 4 times a day and not to be continued beyond one week.
