Your baby is too small (only 4 months old) and very sensitive to external or internal changes. Having forehead warmer than other body parts might be related to :
- high temperature (measure his body temperature. The best way in babies is measuring anal temperature or orally
If it is ok, then, warmer forehead is showing that your baby is exposing to heat. (The place baby stays is hot)
- if the place he stays is not hot neither cold, then , other internal problems should be evaluated
