What Causes Unusual Growth Of Uvula?

Question: What are all causes exactly that makes uvala grow in size. No pain no redness , no whiteness its pink just annoying because its bigger than normal. If i get a q-tip and movie it the tip will go on back of my tongue. Feels like im going to swallow it. Need some sanity.
