What Causes Unexplained Bleeding And Bruising While On Protonix?

default
Posted on Wed, 17 Aug 2016
Question: I have already had an answer of a possible B12 deficiency for severe body cramps.NEXT: I have been taking medications for reflux for 20 years and am now bleeding very easily and bruising even more easily. I am concerned that I am not absorbing nutrients because of the Protonix, or am I reacting to the mobic? A result of aging? All or none of the above?

Brief Answer:
Mobic and age factor can be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Mobic can increase the risk of bleeding.

Your protonix has no relation with bleeding or bruising. But mobic and age factor both increase the risk of bruising.

Aging decrease the elasticity of skin and increase the bruises.

Nutritional deficiencies are not related with protonix or mobic.
