What Causes Unequal Testicles Along With Tilted Penis?
Question: Hi Doctor,
I have some queries that I wish to be answered from sometime now. Kindly suggest me on the following issues which I have.
1. My testicles sometimes seems to be unequal in size and roundness. Also the left side hangs out more than the right side. So is it normal or I need to get this checked ?
2. When I have an erection my penis is always slightly tilted to left. Is it normal or what ?
3. From a month or two I feel that the size of my penis is reduced. I am not talking this with respect to erection. Even when normal my penis size has just shrunk and its too small now. This wasn't the case sometimes back. Is it due to masturbation which I almost gets into daily. Also, does daily masturbation has any health effects or what ?

God has created human body with an interesting but normal phenomena, it has given a piece extra in case of some organs like kidney,eye,ears,nostrils, lungs and testicles but two sides are never equal. Right eye is dominant, right foot and hands are more active and powerful so one side testis may be different than the other side and perfectly normal. Masturbation is a normal sexual self gratification and has no harmful effects. Size of penis in flaccid state is not important because that is used for pee only. Few penises are straight in the world, if at all there is one. All bend slightly to one side . it doesn't matter if you enter a window from right side or left . Important is to enter.
