default
Posted on Mon, 9 Jun 2014
Question: I have a pacemaker and it was determined last week during a pacemaker check that the atrial wire has one out of place and isn't working. Could this be why I am so tired all of the time. The ventrical is in place and working.

Brief Answer:
please see below

Detailed Answer:
Dear madam
Easy fatigability is a non specific symptom and can have many causes. The absence of atrial pacing can cause this symptom if there is no intrinsic atrial electric activity and patient has decrease ventricular compliance. Hence it may be feasible. Please provide more details about your heart condition for more information.

Sukhvinder
