Question: I am curerntly in my 28th week of pregnancy and have been noticing lot of swelling in left foot from past one week.

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is uncommon to have sweeping of just one foot and that too left foot (right foot swelling is at times physiological in some patients).
So in my opinion you need urgent examination by a gynaecologist and if possible Doppler ultrasound of the leg to see the venous flow.
