Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for sending the question to HCM.

Since you normally follow a very healthy diet and are otherwise extremely healthy it is most likely that your body had to adjust to the significant amount of sugar you consumed yesterday.

This can sometimes cause you to feel fatigued and overall less than your normal healthy self. This adjustment Will usually last a very short period of time and possibly one or two days at the most.

Otherwise I see no significant health risk. I would encourage you to continue your normal healthy diet and activity levels. also drink plenty of water to keep yourself well hydrated.

Thank you again for sending your question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
