Question: I have what feels like a small bubble in a vein in my left hand near the wrist. sore to touch but generally ok during the day

This seems to be a normal valve in the vein. Should not be a cause for concern. However, if the size increases or pain develops then it may be blood clot formation. This also usually resolves on its own.
