Analgesic needed for pain, needs investigation.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Mecobalamine helps in recovery.Your sudden sharp pains need investigations to see circulation in your foot and toes by arteriography of leg and foot. Second possiblity can be neuropathy. You need to get x ray and MRI of lumbar spine to rule out lumbar spondylosis as it is common in your age. I wanted to know whether you are diabetic or smocker to look for causes?
You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
