Brief Answer:
Here is what you do.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

This condition usually occurs when patient with IBS-D gets inflammation of gut , infection or stresss can also cause this.

In this case you are suggested to consider following things.

1) Take simple fibrous diet with less portion of dairy.
2) Avoid Coffee caffeine energy and fizzy drinks, alcohol (what ever is relevant for you).
3) I will advise such patient in my clinic to use any spasmolytic like meberverine , drotaverine or buscopan to relieve pain and cramps.
4) If this continues for a while you might meed to get antibiotics to help with suspected infection.
5) Emodium is also advised if this doesn't settle for 4..5 days.
6) Please keep your salt replacement going and use ample fluids to save yourself from dehydration.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.
