Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Based on the data you provided and your symptoms, I would like to say that they aren't typical for lung cancer or any other serious condition. This is why you shouldn't worry about your symptoms.

Your symptoms are typical for smokers after lung virosis. Lung virosis are associated with rib pain, dry cough and sputum. They are self limited within a couple of days to a maxiumum of 2-3 weeks.

On the other hand lung cancer are associated with weight loss and with coughing blood and the symptoms persist over long periods.

However if you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to definitely exclude any problem:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Chest x-ray

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
