I can understand your concerns regarding your baby. I will answer your questions specifically as below:

1.Doctor asked me to feed every two hours ,now i am feeding him every one hour or one and half hour once...?

It may be because of many reasons. The most common being inadequate feed at a time. He should drink from both breasts at a time. Feeding from each breast may take 10 - 20 min. Since he is growing up, his nutritional needs should be met. You have to keep a track of his weight on a weight chart to make sure he is growing up fine.

2.what is the handling way of a newborn if babies are changed to different hands while carrying will they get disturbed..to sleep?

Yes they may get disturbed especially if their head is not supported while changing position and moves in a different direction from rest of the body

3.At nights he sleeps for long hours ,if how to feed him at intervals?

Mostly babies feed according to needs. But not feeding for long hours may decrease milk letdown. Thus I would suggest that you tickle on the bottom of his feet or on his cheeks to wake him up every 3-4 hrs. Tickling on cheeks may make him open his mouth for feed. Rubbing the nipples on the cheeks and mouth of the baby will also make him open his mouth for feed.

4.Doctor gave v and m drops multivitamin,vitamin D drops,neopeptine i give this with 4 hours gap...what is the purpose of these drops?

v and m drops and vitamin D drops are ok. I dont know why neopeptine has been prescribed. Neopeptine is usually prescribed when there is indigestion due to lack of digestive enzymes. It has high content of enzymes and I strongly suggest against it as it may cause irritability in babies. I think neopeptine may be the cause of the symptoms of restlessness that you are describing.

5.my baby sleeps when we carry and make him sleep when he is put down he cries restless when he sees lot of people cme to visit him the Whole day...today from morning he has slept for totally just 2 hrs how many hours a 22 days baby should sleep?

Please discontinue neopeptine and recheck if his symptoms of sleeplessness and restlessness improve.

The jaundice seems to have resolved and the medicine can be withdrawn keeping in view the side effects.

I would also suggest following up with the treating doctor regarding jaundice. Repeat Bilirubin levels may be required.

The baby should be taking adequate rest.

In my opinion taking the medicine may mask the symptoms due to jaundice.
