Brief Answer:
Possible lack of minerals and vitamins

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Well,it may be normal since with aging, there is slower nail growing especially on foot. buy if this is significant or nail colour changes are seen then it may be sign of decreased values of vitamin D,E or calcium. So calcium and vitamin d supplements may help. Wish you good health. Regards
