Question: I have something red in my stool and am not sure if it is blood or undigested food or something else. Should I be concerned?

I checked the picture.
It looks to be a clot of the blood, it is so small and single. It is too small to be worried. But there is a point where blood looks to be leaking. At time every one of us can have a small break in capillaries we need to check for external hemorrhoids first. Fissure is next common thing.
