Brief Answer:
The chance is really low

Detailed Answer:
Hello

The chance of bleeding after t& a depends on the condition for which the surgery was done, presence of an active infection or any other bleeding tendency

In our center the rates of bleeding are 0.0001% and most of these patients are managed conservatively. only around 2 % of these patients actually need to be admitted and taken to operation theatre again.

Please look for increased pulse rate and increased swallowing movements as these are early signs of bleeding.

please don't worry!! they will be fine!!

Take care
