Question: What type of parasite or bug or whatever can come out of your vagina and live on your skin and get in your hair...they look like minature porcipine quills

Parasitic vaginal infections are quite rare and that have to be evaluated In detail.

Many of the infections are acquired from secondary gut infection.

These parasites usually belong to phylum Nematodes.

To identify the accurate species it's important to get a complete stool examination for occult cysts and parasites.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.
