What Causes Painful Feet?

Question: Hi. Whenever i go out for shopping or any other task which requires continuous walking for about half an hour the portion below my feets starts paining. However when i workout on treadmill gym this thing does not happens. Could You please suggest the reason for this.

Brief Answer: Look at your foot wear, it may need a change Detailed Answer: Hi, You may be putting a lot of pressure on the sole where the tendons and bones are compressed if you walk on a cemented floor. Probably an extra bit of sole available as silicon gels in any shoe store an would do the trick for you. Actually you should wear very good sporting shoe and walk on muddy track, tread mills are slightly better than cemented floor. Change this and use it for a week.
