Question: Hi I am 12 weeks pregnant and am having slight cramping its not like hunched over in pain cramps just uncomfortable just wondering if it is normal

If there is no associated bleeding or the pain is not very severe then there is no need to worry. You can avoid hot and spicy foods to reduce the chances of gas and indigestion.
